PubSuite Demo Access and Confidentiality Terms

You're about to look at The Kings Arms, a demo venue. Please read and accept before going in.

This demo is provided by Darwen Pub Co Ltd (company number 16420301), trading as PubSuite, solely so that you can evaluate whether to use PubSuite in its business. By selecting “I agree” and accessing the demo, you agree to these terms for yourself and confirm that you are authorised to accept them on behalf of the organisation you represent.

PubSuite, its software, design, workflows, documentation and any non-public information made available through the demo are proprietary and confidential. You may use them only for this evaluation. You must not copy, record, reproduce, disclose or share them with anyone, except with advisers who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You must not use access to the demo or information obtained from it to develop, commission or assist with a competing product, or for any other commercial, corporate or competitive gain without Darwen Pub Co Ltd's prior written consent. You must not attempt to extract source code or reverse engineer the software, except to the extent that applicable law does not permit that restriction.

All intellectual property rights in PubSuite remain with their respective owners. Demo access grants no licence or ownership rights beyond the limited right to evaluate it. These restrictions do not apply to information that is already public through no breach of these terms, or that you can demonstrate you developed independently without using confidential information from the demo.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. PubSuite may withdraw demo access if they are breached, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Darwen Pub Co Ltd.

We’ll email you a link to confirm your address; opening it takes you into the demo. We keep your name, organisation, email and the date and time you agreed, as the record of this agreement.
